Refund & Return Policy

At HERVEU, we stand behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you’ve received a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at herveubeautysupport@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item in question. Once verified, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Items Lost in Transit

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs inspections or courier issues).

If your order has not arrived 10 business days beyond the posted delivery window, please contact us. We will gladly ship a replacement or provide a full refund.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, email us at herveubeautysupport@gmail.com with your order details. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Lost or Stolen Packages

HERVEU is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are reported missing or stolen.

In such cases, we recommend you:

  • Check around your delivery area and with neighbors or building staff

  • Confirm the shipping address used during checkout

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance

Upon request, we can confirm delivery details (including tracking and carrier information) to support your investigation with the shipping provider.
